By accessing or participating in any training programs, services, or materials provided by Genseo Hamid Jaouhar ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Payment Terms

Training fees may be paid in 2, 3, or 4 installments as outlined during registration. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company.

All training materials, including manuals, are the property of Genseo Hamid Jaouhar and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Genseo Hamid Jaouhar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our training programs or use of our materials.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notification via email.
